Perhaps this feels familiar...

Your mind rarely switches off
You might find yourself worrying, overthinking or replaying conversations, sometimes without even knowing exactly what you're trying to work out.

Everyday things can feel overwhelming
You might struggle to get started, become overloaded by noise, demands or expectations, or feel exhausted from trying to keep everything going.

You've become good at appearing okay
While privately feeling anxious, disconnected, not good enough or wondering why things seem to feel so difficult.

Something in your past still affects you
Something from recently or a long time ago may still affect how safe you feel in yourself, with other people or in the world around you.
You don't need to know exactly what's going on or have the right words.
You can come as you are, and we can make sense of things together.
What brings you here today?
You might already know the kind of support you're looking for. Or you may be trying to understand why you're feeling or responding the way you are.
Either is a perfectly good place to begin.

Therapy that works with you
Therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone.
ā
Talking can be helpful, but sometimes words are difficult to find. Depending on what works for you, sessions can include conversation, creativity, visual resources, psycho-education, sensory approaches and practical ways of understanding what you're experiencing.
ā
You won't be expected to make eye contact, sit still, communicate in one particular way or arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about.
ā
We'll work together to find a way of working that feels useful and manageable for you.
